Updating Your Payment Information for Simply Bits Internet Service
All Simply Bits customers will eventually transition to Ting’s upgraded billing platform as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service. To avoid service interruptions, you’ll need to update your payment information when prompted.

- Changes made to your Simply Bits wallet will not transfer to Ting’s system.
- You must update your payment details on Ting’s platform to maintain service.

What Do I Need to Do?
Once you receive an email from Ting prompting you to update your payment information:
- Log in to your Ting account:
- Not sure if your account is set up?
- Visit ting.com/account.
- Enter the email address associated with your Simply Bits account.
- Click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to create or reset your account.
- Update your payment method:
- Once logged in, enter your updated payment details.
