Contacting Simply Bits for any reason was very easy, no phone gauntlet. When they were ready to install the tech called but I didn't have the keys to the house yet. He came anyway, confirmed signal strength and went ahead and located/installed the antenna and came back once I had the keys. I think SB will be very easy to work with and they offer the best service possible in my area (no cable) without having to go to a satellite service (with lag and data caps).

**30Mbps internet for $25 is a zero invoice on the 30Mbps plan, without router rental for ACP customers. Those interested in ACP benefits must provide all necessary information to the FCC and a Simply Bits representative to be approved in order to receive the ACP $30 discount every month, until the FCC determines to terminate or adjust the program benefits.

***Customers who refer a friend that becomes an installed customer, will be mailed a $50 check in the account holders name. Please be sure the new installed customer mentions you by name in order to track and issue the referral payment. Limit $500 in total checks issued per customer based on referrals. Checks will be mailed out on or around the 5th of the month following the month the referral customer is installed.
