The Simply Bits network is designed to detect outages and provide alerts to network personnel so that network downtime is minimized. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Tucson detects these outages and promptly dispatches the correct personnel to re-establish downed segments. Every segment of the network is monitored by the Simply Bits NOC 24x7x365, providing information that alerts support personnel to problems, regardless of whether the problems result in a customer outage.

Our Managed WANs connect each of our client’s locations using the robust backbone of the Simply Bits network. Through the use of Virtual Local Area Networks (VLAN), Simply Bits provides an isolated network that seamlessly interconnects each of the geographically-distinct locations.

Simply Bits has Quality of Service (QOS) enabled throughout our entire network which allows for prioritization to occur at the packet level to ensure that the end-user experience is seamless regardless of whether voice, video or data communications are being utilized. This is a feature that many service providers choose to overlook, as they lack the local resources to manage this technology.
